Nature Makers Wins National Franchise of the Year Award at the Club Hub Awards 2026

Nature Makers has been announced as the winner of Franchise of the Year (15+ Franchisees) at the prestigious Club Hub Awards 2026, held in Birmingham on Saturday 9th May.

Sponsored by SuperCamps, the award recognises a franchise within the children’s activity sector that demonstrates excellence across leadership, innovation, franchisee support, systems, growth and overall impact.

The Club Hub Awards celebrate outstanding businesses providing activities, classes and experiences for children and families across the UK. This year marked the most competitive awards yet, with 179 businesses submitting 462 applications across 16 categories.

Importantly, the Club Hub Awards are judged entirely through written application, with no public voting, and winners are independently selected by expert judges based on innovation, business growth, impact and commitment to excellence within the sector.

For founder Faye, the award represents far more than business success.

“This recognition means so much because Nature Makers has never been about building just another franchise,” says Faye. “It has always been about creating something meaningful, supporting wellbeing, creativity, connection and helping people build businesses that genuinely align with their values and lifestyle.”

Originally launched as a nature-based children’s activity business, Nature Makers has evolved significantly over the past 12 months into a pioneering whole-life natural wellbeing franchise, supporting children, families, schools, adults and community groups across the UK.

A major milestone in this evolution was the launch of the new Nature Makers Wellbeing Practitioner training, now accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). This repositioning has expanded opportunities for franchisees while strengthening the brand’s impact across education, wellbeing and community sectors.

Today, Nature Makers franchisees deliver:

  • Nature-based wellbeing sessions for children and families

  • School wellbeing workshops

  • SEN-inclusive experiences

  • Adult creative wellbeing workshops

  • Sensory sessions in care and community settings

The award also reflects the strength of the franchise network itself, with franchisees supported through structured training, mentoring, operational systems, business development and wellbeing-focused leadership.

Faye adds:

“I am incredibly proud of our entire franchise network. Every practitioner brings warmth, creativity and care into their local communities, and this award belongs to all of us.”

The Club Hub Awards ceremony formed part of the wider Club Hub Event, bringing together children’s activity providers from across the UK for a full day of keynote speakers, workshops, networking and celebration.

Tessa Robinson, Founder and Director of Club Hub UK, said:

“Huge congratulations to all our Club Hub Award winners this year. It was fantastic to celebrate your achievements at the event and showcase the incredible work happening across the children’s activities sector.”

Nature Makers continues its strategic growth throughout 2026, with future plans focused on expanding school partnerships, strengthening practitioner development and increasing its national wellbeing impact.

Following the award win, interest in the franchise continues to grow, with prospective franchisees now able to join the waitlist for the next intake later this year or early 2027.
