Hello, I’m Marie, your Nature Makers Activity Provider for East Dulwich and the surrounding areas!

For over 20 years, I worked as an editor in television, where I developed a deep passion for creativity. Alongside this, I also pursued graphic design and illustration, which further fuelled my artistic side.

I’ve always had a deep love for nature. But as a mum, I’ve become even more aware of how important it is for children to stay connected with the natural world, especially in today’s tech-heavy society. Watching my own children grow up in a world that is often dominated by screens has made me realise just how essential it is for them to experience the outdoors and engage in creative pursuits. This led me to combine my love for creativity with my passion for nature, and I’m thrilled to be starting my own Nature Makers business.

Living in London, I’m constantly inspired by how nature can thrive in urban spaces – from the lush parks and community gardens to the greenery that finds its way into the city’s tower blocks. I want to show families that nature is everywhere, and so is creativity. My mission is to inspire local families to explore, create, and connect with nature, no matter where they live.
I can’t wait to meet you all and share the fun of nature-inspired play and creativity in the big city!
