Hello! I’m Karen, your Nature Makers provider for St Albans, North Hertfordshire and everywhere in-between.

 

I live and work in beautiful Hertfordshire with my daughter and pets. My happy place is outside, exploring the countryside or woodland with my family and dog and immersing myself in nature. 

 

As a fully qualified teacher with 20 years experience with a specialism in Early Years education, I have seen the benefits that creative and outdoor learning activities has on people’s lives. It inspires an appreciation and love of nature, which is so important in our current climate, as well as developing healthy lifestyles, social skills and increased well-being.

I’m really excited to be providing Nature Makers classes locally to provide children and adults with opportunities to take some time for themselves in nature, away from screens and our busy lives. I hope you can come and join us at a class soon!
